What services do you offer?

I currently offer custom logo designs, brand identity kits, Instagram highlight covers, flyer design, select website design, AND more! If you’re looking for something not listed, feel free to reach out and ask. I may still be able to help!

How long does it take to complete a project?

Turnaround time depends on the service.
Here’s a general idea:

  • Logos: 7-10 business days

  • Highlight Covers: 3-5 business days

  • Flyers: 3-5 business days

  • Flyer/Content Kits: 2-14 business days

  • Branding Bundles: 5-20 business days, based on bundle

  • Website Design: 

    • Homepage Only – 5–7 business days

    • Full Website (Up to 5 Pages) – 10–15 business days

  • Any service not listed will have a valid turnaround time in it's description

Business days exclude weekends, Mondays, and holidays and May 4th. 

What’s included in my design package?

Each package clearly outlines what’s included. Deliverables typically come in formats like PNG, JPG, and PDF. Logo files also include transparent versions.

Do you offer refunds?

Because of the custom nature of design work, all sales are final. Refunds are only considered in rare cases and are reviewed individually. I’ll always do my best to make sure you’re happy with the final result!

How many revisions are included?

Each service comes with 2–4 complimentary revisions (depending on the project). Additional edits beyond that are billed at $6 per round. A full redesign is 50% of the original price.

How do I book a project?

You can place an order directly through my website + completing my booking form. A consultation may be required for some projects, (Especially if they are larger projects.)

How will we communicate during the project?

Once your order is confirmed, all communication happens via email to keep everything organized and documented. Please respond using the same email thread to avoid delays.

Can I send you a sketch, inspiration, or Pinterest board?

Yes please! The more insight into your vision, the better. Just note that I won't copy or recreate other designers’ work exactly. 

Will you post my design online?

Finished work may be featured in my portfolio or social media unless you request otherwise in writing. Want to keep your project private? A non-promo fee will apply.

Do you help with branding strategy or messaging?

Yes! I offer creative direction add-ons for things like flyer headlines, taglines, or theme suggestions. Just ask during booking and I’ll help you choose the best option.

What if I don’t have a logo or brand colors yet?

No problem! I offer text-based logos and can help guide you on colors. If you already have a vibe in mind, send over any inspiration and I’ll take it from there.

Where are you based?

I’m based in the U.S. (SWFL to be exact), but I work with clients all over! All services are remote and handled online. So, wherever you are, we can work together!
